State-of-the-art integrated foundry operating on 30-acre site. Capability of pouring all materials on any given day. Cleaning and painting facilities. Electric melting with six channel induction furnaces (4) 50-ton furnaces; (2) 20-ton furnaces. Pattern storage in excess of 200,000 sq. ft.

Casting weight range: 50 lbs. to 80,000 lbs.
Materials: Gray and ductile irons: ASTM A48, A126, A159, A278, A319 ASTM A395, A536
Wall sections ¼" and up.
Processes: No bake molding - flask and flaskless.
Mechanized, loose and pit.
Evaporative foam and composite pattern.
Green Sand molding using high pressure British Molding Machine (BMM) automated equipment.
